Returns
We hope you will love your purchase! Should a product not meet your expectations, we will graciously accept returns of physical products. Returns of digital items are not accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Requests regarding a return may be directed to megan@bbantiquesexports.com or the request form.
Product must be returned with a tracking number and customer paid insurance, within 10 days of original delivery. Returns must arrive in the condition they were received.
Multiple photos of the shipment box and damaged product will be required from the customer for products damaged during shipping.
Full refunds are processed promptly at the time the returned product is received.
The purchase of any digital image is non-refundable.
