“Histoire Des Revolutions”: The cover is matte gray with light texture. There is a light soil mark near the lower right cover corner and a few small holes near the lower left cover corner. The cover corners curl upward. The paper on the lower backstrip is missing. There is faded script on the backstrip label. The back cover is matte gray and good. The lower left back cover corner bends upward. There is a penciled paragraph on the first pre-title page. There is brown penned notation on the title page. The chapter header is decorated. The type feels raised on the page. The interior pages are white and intact with very mild tanning throughout. There is not much foxing throughout for age. 276 pages, size: 7.15 x 4.25”

“Adele et Theodore”: The cover is gray with tan undertones and light soiling. The lower right cover corner curls upward. The cover is loose and the lower edge. Paper is missing on the upper and lower backstrip. The overall condition of the outer book is shabby. The back cover is attached by a string. There is light soiling and a rough outer edge. There is a 1-inch vertical tear at the lower title page. The Chapter header has a floral decoration. The interior pages are lightly textured. The outer edge of the pages are shabby. The interior pages are mostly white with areas of light foxing and light dust. 424 pages, size: 7.5 x 4.75”
