The cover corners bend downward slightly. The backstrip cloth is discolored to medium tan. The gild and title block is almost unreadable. There is light wear on the upper backstrip. The endpapers are decorated with a brown floral motif. There is a penned signature on a blank pre-title page. The title page is heavily tanned. The interior pages are stiff and moderately tanned throughout with moderate foxing throughout particularly in the margins. There are areas of heavy foxing such as pages 98-99 and 162-163. A readable copy.
