Cover is white, possibly vellum, with gilt decoration. There are dark brown spots on the cover along the right edge and lower left corner. There is black soiling along the outer cover edge. There are black spots on the backstrip. The gilt on the backstrip is darkened. There is a black horizontal streak on the back cover and light soiling. The tissue opposite the title page is not present. There is light foxing and tanning on the title page. Most interior pages have moderate foxing and mild tanning throughout. The interior pages are crisp. The book is full of full page black and white art prints. The book has a slight antique smell when opened. The endpapers are stiff brown paper and clean. 160 pages + advertising.
