The inside of the base of the bowl is similarly decorated with a blue double outer rim. There are Chinese characters on the bottom. There are soft protectors applied to the base. There are no cracks or chips. There is an area where the blue paint is uneven or is wavy along the upper rim on one side. There is a double blue circle along the upper edge.
