There are nice decorative patterns on the neck with ornate gilded texture. The gilted is rubbed on some areas on the serpent handles (pictured). Sections of the vase may have not been gilded as they are perfectly silver. The sides of the vase have floral decoration. The inside is clean. The handles are well attached.
