A decorative antique hand painted Rouen planter or jardiniere from France. The planter sits on a separate gold stand and has a filigree gold upper rim. The planter has a French marking on the base with the Faience style painted art. There interior is white glazed ceramic with a small hairline crack along the upper inside edge (pictured). The crack does not go through or affect the piece. There is a crackle in the glaze on the inside of the planter. There are no chips or cracks on the outside of the planter.
