Covers and backstrip are very good. Book opens to pre-title page. There is penned writing and a scribble on the pre-title page. Title page has mild tanning and foxing. Interior pages are tanned, crisp and intact with light foxing on the rear pages. 154 pages, 7 1/8 x 5 5/8"

"Diario Sagro del P. Giuseppe, M. Mazzolari," Terza Edizione. Italian language. Published in Rome by Vendesi da Domenico Minu, Libraro. Copyright 1819. Two matching Volumes 1 and 4. Cover is dark pink painted with brown undertones. Original paper labels present on the backstrip.

Volume 1: Paper on the backstrip is cracked in two places. Original labels are good with soiling. Back cover matches the front cover and is more tan. Book opens to title page. Cover is fragile. Interior pages are crisp and moderately tanned throughout. Crack near the back is very fragile, hung by strings. Interior pages are clean with occasional foxing. 6 3/4 x 3 7/8", 296 pages.

Volume 4: Backstrip is darkened and more tightly bound. Back cover matches the front cover with two black ink-type spots. One small black ink-type spot on the cover (lower left). Interior pages are soft and intact with moderate to heavy tanning throughout. There are occasional foxing spots. 319 pages, 6 7/8 x 3 7/8"
