The cover is beige stiff paper with a forest green design pattern. The left cover edge is more heavily tanned. Upper right cover corner bends downward. An antique paper label is on the backstrip with script. The back cover matches the front cover and is good. There are a couple very light foxing spots on the title pages. There is a detailed black and white illustration of men and an angel on frontispiece. The title page and table of contents are detacted together in a packet. The chapter headers are decorated. The interior pages are stiff and well intact with moderate tanning throughout. Some pages have heavier tanning. The interior pages are lightly textured. The upper right corner on pages 243-248 are curled upward. Size: 8.75 x 5.5", 287 pages.
