There are blemishes in the cloth along the upper edge of the cover (pictured). The backstrip is darkened / tanned and the gilt is bright. There is shelf-wear on the upper and lower backstrip. The back cover is gray with some yellow and blemished along the upper edge and upper right corner. The endpapers are white with some light tanning. The interior pages are soft with mild tanning throughout. There is a chip in the right margin on page 159.
