The cover is clover green cloth with some bright gilt decoration that has been rubbed in some areas. The cover has an art nouveau style from the 1900’s time-period. There is some soiling on the cover, especially near the upper left corner. All the decoration on the backstrip is darkened and rubbed away. The back cover is good. There are a couple small tears on the upper backstrip. The endpapers are white. There are a couple light soil swipes on the title page. The interior pages are crisp and white throughout with some tanning along the outer edge. There are areas of soil swipes or light fingerprints throughout. 82 pages.
