The cover is a medium matte gray with art nouveau style lines in orange and blue. There is light discoloration on the cover corners and light scratches on the cover. Most of the backstrip decoration and title has been faded away. The endpapers are decorated with a seafoam green floral motif. There is light foxing on the title page. The pages are stiff with mild tanning throughout. There is a small soil spot in the margin on page 18. The rear endpapers are decorated.
