Cover has purple and black decoration with tanned vellum on the backstrip. There is light bumping on the outer cover edge and cover corners. There are brown spots on the backstrip. The back cover matches the front cover. There is penned script on the upper title page and light foxing. At page 123 there is a new book, "Il Cavaliere D'Industria" and there is heavy brown marker writing in the margin. Also, at page 225 is a new book, "Spesso Bellezza Vince Saviezza" by Paolo Minucci Del Rosso. At page 18 is the book, "Tre Commedie di Un Anonimo Fiorentino (1854). The pages vary from soft white to moderately tanned with heavy foxing throughout. There is an occasional penciled notation in the margin. Size: 8 3/4 x 6"
