The cover does have light soiling in the embossed / pressed areas. There is a small chip on the lower right cover corner. The title page is heavily tanned with some chipping along the title. The interior pages are soft, white and intact. There is a moisture stain on the upper right corner of the title page. 118 pages, 4 x 3 1/8”
