The tan cloth cover has a white spot on the lower right corner. The cover title is fading. The endpapers are decorated with a signature. There is heavy tanning on the title page and tissue. The interior pages are well intact with moderate tanning and fingerprints throughout. There are a few soil spots. The rear endpapers are good.
