Cover is vellum wrapped with dark brown soiling on the lower right cover corner and center. There is warping in the cover vellum. There is faint script on the backstrip and a dark brown spot on the upper backstrip. The back cover is good with a brown soil spot center. The vellum on the outer edge of the cover is cracked exposing the under-board. Pieces of the right endpaper are missing on the lower right corner and there is a penned notation on the upper right endpaper. There is a piece of the title page that was cut off on the lower right edge. There is a large brown spot along the lower title page and a small penned notation. The brown stain on the lower right page corner is present through page 131. The interior pages vary because this is several publications bound together. There is a 1.5" brown spot on page 89. Most of the interior pages are soft, white and intact with mild tanning. There may be small sections of heavier tanning. Size: 9 x 6 1/2 x 1 3/4"
