Hard cover with dust jacket. The dust jacket has small tears along the upper edge and wear on the cover corners and outer cover edge. There is a tear on the dust jacket upper backstrip edge. The endpapers are decorated with a color illustration. There is a large white rubbed area on the right endpaper and a penned message dated 1944. There is a large chip on the lower edge of the frontispiece page. There is a large moisture spot area on the lower title page edge. All interior pages have moisture markings along the lower edge of the pages (~1-inch tall) and moisture warping. Some of the pages have little areas of rubbed paper pulled upward. Page 90 has a vertical tear on the lower edge of the page (1-inch). 96 pages, 9 x 6 1/8”
