The center color illustration is very good. There are many rubbed areas on the backstrip paper. The back cover has an ornate floral design. The cover corners are bumped with under-board exposed. There is heavy foxing on the title page and a black and white frontispiece illustration. There is an additional illustration on page 142 & 203. The interior pages are soft and intact with moderate to heavy foxing throughout. 236 pages.
