There are light soil spots or fingerprints on the covers. There is a small white spot near the lower left cover corner. The cloth on the upper backstrip pulls upward slightly. The cloth on the backstrip and back cover connection is split about 3.25". The cover feels slightly shaken. The pages are moderately to heavily tanned throughout with occasional medium to large foxing spots. The pages are somewhat stiff.
