There is white discoloration or light crackle on the backstrip. The upper backstrip has crushing of the paper and chipping. There is paper missing on the lower left corner of the back cover. There is heavy foxing on the 2nd title page. The moderate to heavy foxing continues through page 150. The moderate to heavy foxing returns at page 221 through the end of the book. The pages are soft and intact throughout.
