The book features light green clover decoration on white cloth. The cover has light gray soiling and a brown moisture streak (center). There is soiling on the backstrip and wear / pulling of cloth on upper backstrip. The original place holder is included. The back cover is white with gray soiling spots. The cloth is cracking at back cover / backstrip connection. The endpapers are white with heavy foxing. There is a gift sticker on left endpaper and pencil markings on upper right endpaper corner. There is heavy foxing on pre-title pages. There is light foxing on title page. There is a small color plate illustration on the frontispiece. Tissue enclosed. There are dark foxing spots throughout the book on the very right page edge. The book includes several color plate illustrations throughout with tissue opposite. The interior pages are mostly bright white and intact with light foxing throughout. The rear pages are more heavily tanned. The rear endpapers have heavy foxing. 260 pages, size: 11 x 8 1/2"
