The cover is matte medium pink with black decoration. The outer edge of the cover is a little shabby. There are a few cracks in the paper on the backstrip. There are small black marks on the front and back cover. There are monthly tables on the first few pages before the title page. There is a detailed illustration on the frontispiece with a large foxing spot on the lower corner. Tissue is enclosed. The lower left corner of the title page is covered in dark tanning. The interior pages are mostly white and lightly textured with occasional areas of moderate foxing in the gutter. 292 pages.
