The cover is decorative paper in deminote style with number "452" on the cover. The backstrip is good with paper hand-written label. There is wear and paper missing on the upper backstrip. The back cover matches the front cover and is good. The corners of title page bend upward. Pages are not correctly numbered. Interior pages are soft and intact with mild tanning throughout. Some pages have light moisture spots and some pages are more heavily tanned. Size: 8 3/8”
