There is paper pulled along the right edge of the center illustration. The cover corners bend downward. The cover paper The is cracked along the cover / backstrip connection. The backstrip paper is slightly darkened. The back cover is good. There is a slightly crushing on the lower left back cover corner. There is a private collection sticker on the left endpaper. There is a black and white frontispiece illustration. There is foxing in the gutter at the title page. The pages are mostly white with areas of foxing throughout. There are around four additional black and white illustrations. The tissue opposite the illustrations are heavily tanned creating more foxing in those areas.
