The First Communion, 1855, French

A small bright white book with gilt cover decoration. There is a large color illustration on the cover with bright red. The back cover is decorated with white floral decoration and is bright white. The upper right corner of the cover is slightly rubbed. The upper left corner of the back cover is soiled. There is a penned signature on the left endpaper in calligraphy. There is a black & white illustration on frontispiece (pictured). There is heavy foxing on the title page. The interior pages are crisp and intact with large heavy foxing throughout. The rear endpapers are clean. 94 pages, size: 5 x 3 3/8"
