The cover is antique paper in a matte medium blue. The upper right cover corner curls upward. There are soil spots that are on the covers (pictured). There are small brown spots on the cover (center). The antique paper backstrip label reads, “Ephemerides Politiques.. Septembre 1803”. There is heavy foxing on the title page and pre-title page. The interior pages are white and lightly textured with mild tanning throughout. There is occasional light foxing throughout. The foxing / spots become larger toward the back from page 275 - End. Size: 8.25 x 5.5”, 284 pages.
