There is a large soil discoloration streak down the right-half of the cover. There is discoloration on the upper backstrip cloth. There is a small tear in the upper backstrip cloth. The gilt on the backstrip is bright. The back cover is good. The endpapers are black with a cracked hinge at the lower gutter. The upper page of the pre-title page is cut off. The title page is fragile and leans forward due to the cracked hinge. The book has many partial and full page black and white illustrations of flowers and shrubs throughout. The interior pages are soft, white and intact with mild to moderate tanning throughout. 926 pages, size: 7 x 5 x 2"
