The cover is a hardback with decorative gray painted cover paper. The backstrip and cover corners have vellum exposed. There are decorative black stamps and type layered on the cover. The cover corners have soiling and are bumped / chipped. The outer edge of an interior page is misaligned (it is a large pullout table). The backstrip leather label is gilded with light type. The back cover is similar to the front cover. The outer edge of the interior pages are red. The endpapers are white. There are many white pages prior to the title page. There is a scripted title on two pre-title pages. The book has tables in the preface / introduction. There is a scripted notation in the margin of the Bulletin chapter headers. The interior pages are mostly crisp and white throughout with occasional mild tanning. There is a section of pages in the middle at page 289, that has heavier tanning. There is a large pull-out table in the middle of the book that is approximately 18 inches wide. There are moisture spots on the edge of page 409. There are occasional small foxing spots. 684 pages.
