The cover are painted with colors including maroon, matte blue, and beige with yellow undertones. The cover of Volume 1 is fading. The original antique paper backstrip labels are present with some curling. The upper backstrip paper on Volume 1 is missing. The back covers are good and match the front covers. The binding on volume 1 feels fragile. The interior pages are crisp, white and intact with areas of mild to moderate foxing throughout. Size: 7 x 4"
