The cover has paste-on art over vellum. The cover corners bend downward. The outer edge of the cover is rubbed. There are soil spots near the upper left corner. There is soiling spots on the backstrip. The back cover matches the front cover and is good. The endpapers are moderately tanned with a small cursive penned name on the upper edge. The title page has moderate tanning and foxing spots. The interior pages are soft, white and intact with mild to moderate tanning throughout and light foxing throughout.
