The back cover is burnt red with pressed decoration and a pressed border. The endpapers are dark brown and clean. There is heavy foxing from the endpapers through page 3, including the title page. There is a long list of classic poets that are quoted with excerpts of their work throughout the book. The outer edge of the pages are gilded. The pages are stiff and moderately tanned with some foxing. There is heavier foxing near the back of the book. Size: 6.75 x 4.5", 307 pages.
