The cover is deminote style painted paper on both sides. There is a large horizontal tear in the cover and soiling. The upper right cover corner and pages are bent and shabby. There is paper missing on the upper backstrip and the upper right backstrip paper is pulling upward. The antique paper label on the backstrip has old script. The back cover is somewhat faded and soiled with curled corners. There is heavy foxing and small black spots on the title page and page 1. Many interior pages have large dark foxing spots. The second-half of the book has moisture stain along the upper edge of the pages. Some upper corners are dogged. The interior pages are mostly white and lightly textured with the heavy foxing throughout. Size: 7 x 4.35”, 611 pages.
