The covers are layered with vellum and decorative painted paper on top and printed literature on the painted paper. The backstrip vellum is lighter in color with soiling. The backstrip labels are antiqued and soiled, making them difficult to read. The back covers match the front covers. The endpapers are white. There are several blank white pages leading up to the title page. There is a penned name on a pre-title page, “Secratariat General”. Many pages have a brown penned notation along the upper margin. The books have some documented tables. There is an occasional foxing spot. The pages are crisp and intact. 394 + 384 + 368 pages.
