There is vellum on the cover corners. The exposed vellum is soiled. There is antique script on the backstrip. The back cover matches the front cover and has a few lightly rubbed areas. The endpapers are white with heavy foxing. The title page is moderately tanned with moderate foxing. The interior pages are crisp and intact with vary shades of moderate tanning. There is varying moderate to heavy foxing throughout. The interior pages are textured. The outer edge of the interor pages are dyed red. 248 pages, 11 7/8”
