The cover features a beautiful outdoor illustration that is extended on the backstrip. There is a gilt title on the cover and backstrip. The cover board has some warping on the blue cloth. The back cover is plain blue with a few bubble spots. The endpapers are clean and bright white. There is a Victorian style color illustration on the frontispiece. Tissue opposite frontispiece reads, "Confidences". The interior pages are soft, white, clean and well intact.
