"Reflections of the Morning After". Written and Illustrated by Herman Lee Meader. Published by H.M. Caldwell Co, Boston. Copyright 1903. The red cloth cover is decorated with yellow, green, blue floral decoration. The cover warps upward slightly. There is shelf-wear on the upper backstrip. The back cover matches the front cover and is good. The endpapers are red and clean. There are two signatures on a blank pre-title page. The green decorative illustration style on the title page is extended throughout the book. The interior pages are crisp, white and intact with mild to moderate tanning throughout. 114 pages, size: 6.25 x 4.35".

The cover cloth is blue with purple undertones. The title is visible on the cover. The gilt is faded from the backstrip. The back cover is light lavender and good. The endpapers are clean and white. The interior pages are crisp, white and intact. There are moisture spots along the upper page on the last few pages. 341 pages, 8 x 5.25"

Antique French paper edition from the 1800's (no date). The cover is missing. The title page is fragile. The book has around thirteen (13) color illustrations of the body and organs, and about the same amount of color illustrations of plants used as medicine. The interior pages are soft and intact with mild to moderate tanning throughout and occasional foxing. 734 pages, 7 x 4.25"
